Mr. Rengan is the President & CEO of EML Incorporated. Before founding EMLI Mr. Rengan played a key role in other hi-tech startups in Austin, such as The Kernel Group and currently serving as a board member for a few of them. He has served as a consultant for IBM for the last 18 years, working on various assignments for IBM and other clients. Mr. Rengan received his Bachelor of Engineering from RECT, India; Master of Engineering with specialization in Computer Graphics from the University of Texas at Austin; and Master of Business Administration, specializing in international finance from the University of Texas at Austin as well. Besides EMLI, he also founded Talavera Emporium an online handicrafts pottery store, Whitefire Jewelry an online jewelry store and sports a single-digit golf handicap.

Mr. Toca is the Director of Operations for EMLI's US operations. He has been Director of Engineering for a number of highly specialized projects for large corporations and government institutions. He has extensive experience in computer applications for engineering and has been responsible for international business and e-commerce for B&GMC, Inc. He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Mexico, specialized in Port Planning in Japan and did studies of Master of Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin.
