Responsible for configuration, administration, repair, and management of computing and network communications equipment and software to support demonstrations of IBM s telecommunications solutions. The candidate will be responsible for helping create and run demonstrations for customers so candidate must have excellent communications and customer skills. Candidate will also interface with ISVs who provide components to various solutions. Position requires familiarity with IBM middleware and the telecommunications industry.
