Ability to lead and build the design for complex websphere implementations. Extensive design and development experience using Websphere Application server, Websphere Studio and Java. Experience with developing design artifacts specified in the GS Method Experience with implementing using the J2EE framework Experience with JCA and the WBI Adapter framework Experience in Object-oriented Analysis and Design, Web Services, and SOA Experience with define coding standards for the team. Must have prior experience leading Websphere implementations using teams larger than 5 resources. WebSphere studio,WebSphere Application server Core J2EE DesignPatterns, WBI, TCF Design tools Rational Rose, UML Knowledge of Workflow Floware Knowledge of SQL queries Reporting tools - Crystal Reports Working knowledge in Unix Solaris Windows Environment Not Necessarily needed in all the team leads Experience with the workflow designs. with message broker design
