Over 3 years of extensive Websphere application server based design and development using Websphere Studio Very Good Java programming skills JSP, HTML, Javascript, JSTL, XML, JDBC, Core Java, EJB, EJB QL, QLJ WebSphere studio,WebSphere Application server, WBI, TCF Knowledge of Workflow Floware Knowledge of Relational databases and SQL Knowledge of prototyping techniques Knowledge of tools and other techniques being used Knowledge of Coding Standards Reporting tools - Crystal Reports Working knowledge in Unix Solaris and Windows Environment Nice to have skills Experience with configuring WebSphere and Deployement decriptors in achieving optimizations. Expereince with the configuring the WBI Server in achieving optimizations.
